Corporate Coaching Policy Notice

Participation in the Corporate Coaching program is based on experience:

• Not Required

  If you have closed 5 or more loans since 2022, you are classified as an Experienced LO and are not required to participate in the Corporate Coaches program.

• Required

  If you have closed fewer than 5 loans since 2022, you are classified as an Inexperienced LO and are required to work with a Corporate Coach for the remaining number of loans needed to reach 5 closed loans since 2022.
